OMCL

A network of independent public laboratories appointed by the national authorities. Around 70 laboratories provide human and technical resources to implement testing programmes. 36 European countries and 5 countries outside Europe participate in the various activities and programmes.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development is an intergovernmental economic organisation with 35 member countries, founded in 1960 to stimulate economic progress and world trade.

ODA

Aid designed to promote the economic development and welfare of developing countries. Loans and credits for military purposes are excluded. Aid may be provided bilaterally, from donor to recipient, or channelled through a multilateral development agency
